The request form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, service city and ZIP code, optional street address, requested service, timing, and the details you enter about the property or septic need.
How information may be used

- To route the request to the independent local service provider handling customer follow-up.

Service-request handling
Information from a live service request may be shared with the independent local septic service provider handling availability, scheduling, estimates, and customer follow-up. Do not include sensitive medical, financial, identity, or account information in the description field.
Website measurement
Analytics is not currently active. If analytics or other measurement tools are enabled, this notice will identify the categories of data involved and the available controls.
Retention and security
The website does not place service requests in a public database. Cloudflare processes form security and delivery, and the request is delivered to a Proton Mail inbox. Request emails are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
